Campaign for Alternatives to Isolated Confinement held a RALLY at UNION SQUARE in NEW YORK CITY.  Dozens of activists, including several survivors of solitary confinement, spoke out against solitary confinement, and handed out information and collected petition signatures in support of the HALT Solitary Confinement Act.
